1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Products without original packaging or accessories.
- Personal care, hygiene-related items, or consumables.
3. Return Process
- To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Once approved, our team will arrange for pickup or guide you on the return process.
- Please keep the product packed safely for pickup.
4. Refund Policy
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as follows:
- If the product is returned successfully, you may choose between a replacement or a refund via bank transfer/UPI.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
